There was this idea that I played with one day, having foliage act as a fluid.

This project served as a challenge to my current technical and artistic skills. 

The process itself was quite straightforward, since I knew that the initial motion will be achieved with fluid simulation. Then it was the matter of manipulating the simulated geometry, mostly to achieve desired orientation of the object, and prevent certain intersections. 

I was extremely happy to have my years long friend Harm from Zing Audio jump in on the project and did his magic with the sound.

The music is an original composition inspired by composer Gustavo Santaolalla ( The last of Us). For me, he elevated the whole piece to a completely new level.
